How do you make sure you see it all but don’t come back from your busy sight-seeing vacation stressed and burnt out….

Your bags are packed and you are ready to take your dream vacation backpacking through Italy. You cannot wait to see all of the amazing cities, sites, art and history. You have your itineracy in tow, planned out to the day and sometimes hour so you can maximize your limited time in Europe. You have been saving your hard earned money and vacation days for this. You want to see it all!!!

If you have ever done this (to Europe or any other place) you might have noticed that when you come back from a holiday like this, one that is jam packed full of things to do, that you now needed another more relaxing vacation to recuperate (sound familiar?).

Well, in an effort to LIVE MORE and STRESS LESS I was on a mission to succeed in having the best traveling touring vacation of my life but come back rejuvenated and full of energy and feeling just as relaxed as I do when I come back from the beach in Mexico. Did I succeed? You bet cha! My husband and I come from our 10 day trip feeling like we saw it all, traveled plenty AND got enough time in between to feel fully energized to get back to our daily lives.

What was the trick? Well for starters, we made sure to do THIS every day. Check out my vlog (video blog) below to learn what we implemented on day one of the trip and continued to make it a ritual so that we truly were living more and stressing less (while being busy tourists at the same time).

This practice while on a very busy vacation made all the difference in finally reducing stress while touring on big vacation. If you are jetting off to your favorite dream destination filled with lots to see, make sure to implement this trip and you will find yourself feeling balanced and rejuvenated while having the time of your life seeing it all!

Are you planning a dream vacation? If so, where to and how do you plan to find a nice balance between sight seeing and relaxing? I would love to hear from you. Share your comments below…
